Release 0.8.0 with switchboard mode (#53).
install-prebuilt.sh: if~/.config/oab-instance-mcp/switchboard.urlandswitchboard.secretboth exist, the LaunchAgent gets--switchboard <url> --switchboard-secret-file <path>(plus--switchboard-profilefromswitchboard.profile). The setting lives in files, so a package upgrade keeps it. The secret is passed by path, never written into the plist.main.swiftanddocs/releasing.md. README documents the config files.Tested on macmini:
scripts/test-packaging.shpasses. It now asserts that there are no switchboard args without config, that the args appear when the files exist, and that the secret is not in the plist.
