• Expanded the Linux client guide with tested Proton setups, the Xalia workaround, installer behavior, and a launcher icon.

• Added the guide to the available translations.

• Removed the sa-mp.cfg options and referenced to its dedicated page and link to it from ClientCommands.

• Corrected the /hudscalefix option reference and document nohudscalefix.

• Applied the client command and configuration updates across available translations.

Not really sure if .md is needed in links like [here](./sa-mp.cfg.md), maybe re-check this (as I may be wrong and it's ok probably). Also noticed that DE, ID, PL and zh-TW translations delete sa-mp.cfg part from ClientCommands.md‎ but doesn't introduce its own sa-mp.cfg page, tho it could because the main part of the text was already translated anyway.

In all the other aspects, looks good 👍

P.s. also if you don't mind, maybe merge this after that and that. The first have many tiny changes across the pages so I'm afraid to get into merge conflicts which I wouldn't solve quickly atm

Ended up fixing merge conflicts in the second one. both merged

Also, found the old translated tables in another commit and am moving their content into new pages for DE, ID, PL, and zh-TW.

There is no need to add .md, just like in the previous config.json and server.cfg.
