Simplifies future cross-repository releases (scratch-for-java → online-ide → hyperbook). Tooling/CI only, no changeset.

  • RELEASING.md — the full release runbook: order, exact commands, and the traps (no hand-edited versions, no mvn install on release branches).
  • scripts/sync-online-ide.sh — wraps the online-ide synchronization + verification that the Version Bump PR body used to list as five copy-pasted commands; the PR body now references the script.
  • docs.yml — gains a workflow_dispatch trigger so the docs can be redeployed by hand after a Hyperbook release.
  • check-version.yml (new workflow) — fails when the pom version drifts from the top CHANGELOG.md entry, i.e. when the version is edited by hand instead of by the Version Bump workflow. Verified locally: it catches a 6.5.0 → 7.0.0 hand edit.

Simplify future cross-repository releases (scratch-for-java, online-ide,
hyperbook):

- RELEASING.md documents the full release order and the exact commands.
- scripts/sync-online-ide.sh wraps the online-ide synchronization and the
checks the Version Bump PR body used to list by hand; the PR body now
  references the script.
- docs.yml gains a workflow_dispatch trigger, so the docs can be redeployed
by hand after a Hyperbook release.
- The new Check Version workflow fails when the pom version drifts from the
top CHANGELOG.md entry, i.e. when someone edits the version by hand
instead of letting the Version Bump workflow set it.
