allocator: fix argument ordering bug. - #23

Correct an argument ordering issue in the memory allocator, where size and alignment are interchanged on an alloc call. Also update Rust and dependencies. Tested on cosmo. Fixes: #53 Signed-off-by: Dan Cross <[email protected]>
