Adds SWE postal code lookup for approximate delivery-to-return location distances.

• Adds 18,887 unique full postal codes from GeoNames SE.zip, retrieved 2026-11-04 (CC BY 4.0). Source, archive hash, transformation, and accuracy limits are in docs/geocode-SWE.md.
• Accepts compact and spaced Swedish codes. Keeps existing coordinate string return values and other countries' behavior.
• Points are estimates, not verified postal centroids. Coverage is not guaranteed complete. A low-accuracy Abisko point illustrates possible large rural errors; independent authoritative point validation remains unavailable.
• Validation: 98 tests pass; lint, format:check, and validate:data pass. Data validation reports existing legacy region-name warnings.

Shared-file overlap: lib/geocode.js allowlist and country-specific normalization. No merge or deployment requested.
