LGTM. Tested: tsc/oxlint/oxfmt clean, skills tests pass; fetch-mock smoke for toFile(ReadStream) upload and 409 → ConflictError. Nits (generator-side, follow-up is fine): update(id, body, { expected_revision }) breaks the single-params convention, and delete resolves null but is typed void.

Add custom Skill ZIP uploads, listing, retrieval, replacement, deletion, revision listing, and signed-download URLs. Use
latest_revisionfor guarded updates and deletions.Uploads preserve File and Blob bytes. Path parameters are encoded, with empty and dot segments rejected. Reconnection retains legacy request dispatchers.
A real lifecycle verified multipart ZIP upload, listing, retrieval, replacement, stale-revision conflict, two revisions, a signed-download URL, and successful deletion of the test resource. Requests were paced to respect rate limits.
