Tell server-mode password exec commands whether the server was shared, and by whom. #10703 - #10738
In server mode a SERVER_PASSEXEC_COMMANDS command only received host, port, username and database, all of which the user editing the server can set, so a user could copy a shared server's host and username into a server of their own, pick the same command and be handed the shared server's password.
Commands now also receive these variables, read from the server's own row and its owner rather than from a non-owner's per-user overlay, so a user who does not own the server cannot change them:
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SHARED: true if the server is shared and owned by another pgAdmin user, false otherwise (including for the owner).
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_ID
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_OWNER and PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_OWNER_AUTH_SOURCE (username plus auth source, since that pair is what is unique).
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_GROUP: the owner's group, which is the one OAUTH2_SERVER_GROUP_CLAIM is checked against, so for a claim-restricted OAuth2 user it is the group that granted access.
The config.py comment and server_dialog.rst say which values a command can rely on: with SHARED=true and a trusted owner, host, port and maintenance database are owner-controlled; the database username is still per-user; and a group name means nothing without the owner check, because any user can name one of their own groups the same as an admin's.
The user's full list of claim groups is not passed; the server group already identifies the group that granted access.
Test plan
utils.tests.test_passexec_shared_details (new): real rows for an admin's shared server filed by another user under their own group, plus that user's lookalike server with the same host, username and group name.
utils.tests.test_passexec_resolve, test_passexec_server, and the other passexec, shared server and manager staleness suites.
Password execution commands now receive server details, including sharing status, server ID, owner, owner authentication source, and server group.
Shared-server connection details can reflect the server owner’s settings. Password execution details refresh when sharing, ownership, or group information changes.
Documentation
Clarified which details are controlled by the server owner versus the current user. Legacy shared-server ownership does not establish administrator status, and server group names alone do not establish authorization.
…, and by whom. pgadmin-org#10703
A password exec command in server mode only received connection details
that whoever edits the server can set, so a user could create their own
server with the same host and username as a shared one, pick the same
command, and be given the shared server's password.
Commands now also receive PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SHARED, PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_ID,
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_OWNER, PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_OWNER_AUTH_SOURCE and
PGADMIN_PASSEXEC_SERVER_GROUP. They are read from the server's own row and
its owner, rather than from the overlay built for a user who does not own a
shared server, so that user cannot change them. The server group is the
owner's, which is the one an OAuth2 server group claim is checked against.
The documentation and the config.py comment say which variables a command
can rely on, and why the group name means nothing without the owner.

Password-exec commands now receive server-sharing status, server ID, owner identity and authentication source, and server group. The PostgreSQL driver refreshes cached commands when sharing status or server details change. Tests and documentation cover the environment values and trust limits.

Summary
Resolve and export server metadata web/pgadmin/utils/passexec.py, web/pgadmin/utils/tests/test_passexec_*, docs/en_US/server_dialog.rst, web/config.py, web/pgadmin/browser/server_groups/servers/static/js/server.ui.js
build_passexec retrieves server owner and group details and passes them to ServerPasswordExec. The command environment includes the shared flag, server ID, owner identity and authentication source, and server group. Tests and documentation cover these values and shared-server trust limits.
The driver refreshes cached password-exec commands when sharing status or captured owner and group details change. Tests check that a group rename is detected.

The feature works as described, but the security guidance for password commands should warn that the exported host does not guarantee the connection reaches the owner's server (a user can add an SSH tunnel). It should also tell commands to check the requested database role. Updating the documentation before merge is advisable.

…es, and stop implying that a shared server's owner is always an administrator. pgadmin-org#10703
A cached connection manager kept its password exec command, and so the
server group name and any password chosen for it, until sharing changed.
It is now also rebuilt when the owner or server group it reports no
longer matches the server's row.
Servers shared before sharing was restricted to administrators may be
owned by any user, so the documentation no longer says otherwise.

Warn that the exported host does not authenticate the endpoint.
A non-owner can configure an SSH tunnel on a shared server. The connection uses that tunnel while the command still receives the owner’s host. If endpoint authentication is not enforced, the tunnel can route the returned password to an attacker-controlled server. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
Warn administrators not to rely on these variables to protect password secrecy. Require endpoint authentication outside the user’s control, or use credentials that are safe to disclose to the user.

Include the database role in authorization guidance.
The guidance already marks the username as untrusted, but it does not say to authorize the requested role. A command that checks only the pgAdmin user and server owner can issue a privileged role’s password when a non-owner selects that role.
