The merged hqterm change (#233) failed every CI install: on a fresh system, `w3bs install` needs `--yes` for a new package (APPROVAL_REQUIRED). It worked on dev1 only because hqterm was already installed there. Now the installer runs `w3bs install --yes --non-interactive hqterm.sh/hqterm threatcrush.com/threatcrush`. ThreatCrush installs on the mise Node, followed by `mise reshim`. dtest checks threatcrush too.

Tested locally in QEMU: `--cidata` (server) and `--desktop` both pass every check, including hqterm, hqsh, threatcrush, and the hqterm desktop app.

1.2.6's `w3bs install hqterm.sh/hqterm` needed --yes for a new package (APPROVAL_REQUIRED), which
failed every CI install. Now: `w3bs install --yes --non-interactive hqterm.sh/hqterm
threatcrush.com/threatcrush` (ThreatCrush on the mise Node, `mise reshim` for its shim); dtest
checks threatcrush too. Local QEMU: --cidata server and --desktop pass.
