W3BS DE 0.1.4: hqterm is the terminal (SUPER+RETURN) - #238

Conversation
w3bs-de terminal opens hqterm's desktop app (persistent sessions, tabs) when hqterm is installed, else foot; the Lua and hyprlang defaults call it, W3BS_DE_TERMINAL still overrides. W3BS OS desktop installs already ship hqterm --desktop, so they get it by default. os-debian also rebuilds on de/** changes: the ISO bakes W3BS DE from the same commit. Verified on dev1.w3bs.org: SUPER+RETURN (sent by an agent through the Agentic Desktop Layer) opens hqterm, and typed commands run in it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

SUPER+RETURN opens hqterm's desktop app (falls back to foot when hqterm is not installed). os-debian rebuilds on de/** changes so the ISO picks it up (W3BS OS 1.2.8). Verified on dev1 by driving the desktop through the Agentic Desktop Layer.
