Summary

Cut github-plugin v0.10.1 (PATCH), bumping the version string 0.10.0 → 0.10.1 in the three places it lives: protoagent.plugin.yaml (version: 0.10.1), pyproject.toml (version = "0.10.1"), and the github-plugin entry in uv.lock (version = "0.10.1"). This batches the single change merged since v0.10.0 — #58, which trimmed all 38 tool descriptions by ~43% and added skills/github/SKILL.md. That change touched no tool, parameter, or runtime behavior, so a patch bump is correct. No other files changed; there is no CHANGELOG in this repo.

QA panel review — PASS

code-review · head e3e3b47055fe · formal

Clean version-bump from v0.10.0 to v0.10.1 across three files. No defects found by any panel member; the verifier had nothing to annotate. No disagreements, no coverage gaps — the diff is small and mechanical. Nothing to fix before merge.

No findings — the review came back clean.
