This changeset updates the test environment to avoid deprecated runner images and actions. The macOS job now runs on macOS 26 as macOS 14 will be removed on November 2, 2026 as per actions/runner-images#13518, and legacy HHVM now runs on Ubuntu 24.04 as Ubuntu 22.04 is being deprecated as per actions/runner-images#14254. Updating
actions/checkoutalso avoids the Node.js 20 deprecation warnings. The macOS job already fails to set up PHP on macOS 14 as per shivammathur/setup-php#1125, so this gets it back to green. Once merged, we should apply similar updates to all our other components.Builds on top of #185 and #184
