Maintenance sync for Python's property(): Add Managed Attributes to Your Classes.

What changed

  • Renamed node.py to tree.py: the tutorial's code block is headed tree.py, so readers looking for it in the materials didn't find it. The code is otherwise identical.
  • No other file changes needed. This cycle's article fixes (a misspelled filename fence attribute, Python 3.11+ AttributeError wording in REPL output, updated doc links) only touch the article, and the remaining diffs between the folder and the article are ruff formatting on the materials side.

Verification

  • Ran every script in the folder on Python 3.14: all 21 run cleanly.
  • uvx [email protected] format --check python-property: 21 files already formatted.
  • uvx [email protected] check python-property: all checks passed.
