Local cumulative review on 7cfeffd: DEGRADED_LOCAL_ONLY (explicit no-delegation instruction). MCP Trust MCP_SURFACE PASS, NO_FINDINGS; evidence and limitations in PR body. Canonical preflight passed: 369 Python tests, strict mypy, Ruff; 32 local workerd tests. No blocking findings.

36-43: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winThe current test does not distinguish the two concurrent requests. Both calls use identical
tools/listparameters and RPC ID1. The assertions only check that each response has ID1and containsbcb_series, so returning the same response twice would pass.No equivalent test or response-specific assertion establishes per-request isolation. The test therefore does not protect the behavior stated in its name.

Checkpoint on 7cfeffd: all CI test jobs (Python 3.11/3.12/3.13 and workers-mcp) plus build passed. Merge remains held: guardrails/scan reports High on wrangler 4.151.3 and requests >4.151.3, while npm's latest release is currently 4.151.3. Public GitHub Wrangler advisories did not identify this version's issue; the dashboard detail remains to be obtained. No suppression, dismissal or bypass applied. The concurrency-test suggestion is valid: use distinct methods/responses with the same ID to strengthen isolation evidence. It is pending, not marked resolved. Local execution is presently unavailable (exec-server transport disconnected; recovery timed out), so I will not change the published SHA without running the required final-head gates. Existing local evidence remains 369 Python tests and 32 Worker tests passed; no deployment claimed. |
|
The terminal recovered. The concurrency test now uses tools/list and ping concurrently with the same ID and verifies distinct, request-specific results (6679e7f). All 32 Worker tests and the complete canonical preflight passed again on this SHA (369 Python tests, Ruff, strict mypy). Published after cumulative re-review; no thread marked resolved without a matching fix. Guardrails remains subject to the current-head rerun; no merge or bypass. |

Investigação independente do apontamento Wrangler 4.151.3 (sem supressão):
- Versão efetiva no lock: 4.151.3. Closure local: 31 pacotes, incluindo path-to-regexp6.3.0, miniflare5.20261019.1-beta e ws8.21.0.
- GHSA-36p8-mvp6-cv38 afeta Wrangler4.0.0–4.59.0 e foi corrigido em4.59.1; 4.151.3 fica fora. Os avisos GHSA-f8mp-x433-5wpf/GHSA-cfph-4qqh-w828 afetam versões2/3 antigas. O mantenedor também lista SSRF GHSA-fwvg-2739-22v7 em Miniflare>=3.20230821.0<3.20231030.2; a instalação usa5.20261019.1-beta. O aviso @cloudflare/vite-plugin<1.6.0 é outro pacote, ausente dessa closure.

A cadeia efetiva é Wrangler4.151.3 -> path-to-regexp6.3.0, tanto no lock quanto no pacote instalado.

Testes usam worker local e inputs sintéticos. Nenhuma layer especulativa adicional. Preflight canônico já aprovado neste SHA:369testes,16integração deliberadamente excluídos, Ruff e mypy;32testes locais do Worker aprovados. Aviso Starlette/httpx preexistente registrado. |
