PyGPSClient Pull Request Template

Description

  1. Fix KeyError issue when using App Config dialog to update chart numchan setting in older config files.
  2. Enhance Septentrio Mosaic firmware version polling.
  3. Add option for Septentrio Mosaic USB (USB1) in addition to UART (COM1) in NTRIP Caster configuration panel (tested on Mosaic X5 and G5 breakout boards with UART and USB ports).
  4. Show active RTK (NTRIP) stream in console regardless of receiver connection state.
  5. Remember most recent config file path in Save and Load Config dialogs.
  6. Make About dialog system info refresh asynchronous rather than blocking.
  7. Enhance type hints in various modules.

Testing

Please test all changes, however trivial, against the supplied pytest suite tests/test_*.py. Please describe any test cases you have amended or added to this suite to maintain >= 99% code coverage.
