spec_helper.rb defines MULTIBYTE, and .rspec loads spec_helper for every run. composite_read_io_spec.rb defined it a second time, so with --warnings each run printed:

spec/multipart/post/composite_read_io_spec.rb:17: warning: already initialized constant MULTIBYTE
spec/spec_helper.rb:10: warning: previous definition of MULTIBYTE was here

Both point at spec/fixtures/multibyte.txt, so this removes the one in composite_read_io_spec.rb.
