The write-up in docs/investigations/ stopped at 1.1.0, apart from section 6a. This PR brings the rest of it up to 1.2.0:

Summary: adds a 1.2.0 row to the version table.
Source map: adds chore(release): prepare 1.1.0 #14, build(deps): bump the actions group across 1 directory with 2 updates #15, feat: chapters from the video description #16 and feat: read chapters from the video description #17, and records feat: NativeAOT builds, benchmarks and packaging #6's current state.
Timeline: adds 21:39–22:15 UTC, from the 1.1.0 release to the chapters PR and the 1.2.0 release.
feat: NativeAOT builds, benchmarks and packaging #6 section: records the README install docs and the byte-identical check against 1.2.0.

For the post: adds a chapters step to the outline and chapters commands to the reproduction steps.
