Fixes #2801

Bitbucket Cloud now asks users to use [email protected]:<workspace>/<repo>.git for SSH, but the web UI is still on bitbucket.org. Remote.TryGetVisitURL used the SSH host as-is, so these remotes got http://ssh.bitbucket.org/... as their visit URL. That matches none of the known hosts, so the Create PR menu items and the BitBucket commit link went away.

This maps ssh.bitbucket.org to bitbucket.org when building the visit URL from a git@host:path remote, so the PR URL and commit links work the same as for [email protected]: remotes.

Checked on Linux by building SourceGit.dll and calling TryGetVisitURL, TryGetCreatePullRequestURL and CommitLink.Get from a small console app (the repo has no test project):

Remote Before After
[email protected]:workspace/repository.git visit http://ssh.bitbucket.org/workspace/repository, no PR URL, no commit link .../bitbucket.org/workspace/repository/pull-requests/new?source=..., BitBucket commit link
[email protected]:..., https://bitbucket.org/..., [email protected]:... unchanged unchanged

dotnet build -c Release and dotnet format --verify-no-changes pass. I didn't run the app UI.

Side note, not changed here: since 582c1a2 nothing calls HTTPSValidator.Add anymore, so every git@host: remote (GitHub too) gets an http:// visit URL. Happy to send a separate PR if that's unintended.
