spin-ami publishes from three places - the AMI release, bare metal's medium, and the packs CI saves on a push to main - each to become a builder of its own. Gate Builder becomes Builders, and the caller's rule moves from its workflow being MainOnly to its job running only on refs/heads/main: CI is pushed and pulled, but its job that calls a builder is main's.
