New JSONPointer tests needed #1081
Description
After #1078 is merged, add these unit tests to document the change:

The current tests already cover the standalone tilde tokens, builders and token lists. Would a small follow-up adding the /a~01b and /a~00b cases still be useful for this issue?

@fahadaldajani92 Prefer a single new test method, with a set of asserts that explicitly include all of the cases in this issue. The test itself helps document the behavior change.
