This PR adds Kroxy Operator and Operand components and an overlay which adds a kroxy deployment to the core overlay with a single VirtualKafkaCluster infront of the core overlay's single node Kafka deployment.
The kroxy overlay adds one protocol filter: the protocol logging filter which prints all Kafka request the proxy receives to the proxy's log. The docs include instructions on how to view the logs once deployed.
This Overlay also sets the Console Kafka cluster
kindfield to indicate that the Kafka cluster is behind a Kroxy deployment. However, that feature will not work until a console version containing this PR is released.
