bug: widgets intro buttons and some titles are cut off in translations #1497
Description
What happened?
Strings already on master are cut off or break inside a word in some languages (Pixel emulator, 1080px wide):
widgets__add: the half-width "Add Widget" button on the Widgets intro is cut off with "…" in de, pt, pt-BR, el, ru, fr, nl, cs and es (e.g. "Widget hinzuf…"). Its neighbour,widgets__onboarding__view_organize, has the same problem; chore: add 3.0.0 translations #1492 has shorter-text suggestions for it, and English "View & Organize" is cut off too at 720x1280 / 320dpi, so the two-button row likely needs a layout change rather than only shorter strings.settings__bg__title: cut off in the top bar in pt and pt-BR ("Pagamentos em Segundo Plano").security__backup_button: es-ES "Realizar copia de seguridad" is cut off on the backup sheet ("Realizar copi…").widgets__onboarding__title: in ar the accent word breaks inside the word ("الأدوا / ت").

Expected behavior
Button and title text fits, or wraps at a word boundary, on common phone widths in every shipped language.
Found while checking translations on #1492.

In 2.7.0: these strings and layouts are already on master, the 3.0.0 translations PR (#1492) already shortens the widgets labels Joao flagged, and the two-button widgets row needs a layout change that is safer after the RC2 cut.

@ovitrif is the milestone really 2.7.0 or 3.0.1?

@jvsena42 3.0.5: the patch release planned right after the 3.0.0 store release. The old 2.7.0 milestone is now 3.1.0 (November), and the old 3.0.1 became 3.2.0 (December).
