safe prime-agent failed on a fresh home machine: the sandbox can't create ~/.prime (EPERM on the session lease), and the fnox default for OPENROUTER_API_KEY has no config to read on home. - prime.sh (run from install.sh) creates ~/.prime/agent and links vault skills - the prime-agent hook also creates the dir, so safe works before install.sh - role-home.sb grants the vault skill read, like role-work.sb - the fnox key default applies to non-home roles only; home uses /login - ADR 0065 records it Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <[email protected]>
