Flip the pinned int refusal now that the binder boxes scalars #51

python-multiplatform #69 (PR #81, develop 26485a02) boxes Python scalars for Any slots and unboxes them on read, so state(0) works. Done when the fake host models PythonCallables' box/unbox entries in that shape, the int-refusal test becomes a round trip (bool, int, float, str), an int beyond 64 bits is refused with the reason, and SPEC, PROJECT, the guide and the READMEs stop saying state(1) is refused.
