tragent: can AI shopping agents buy from your store?

tragent tests whether AI shopping agents (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and browser agents) can find, price and buy from your store. It shows the exact step where they stop, what that costs you, and catches the regression in CI before your customers do.

What we build

Product What it does
tragent Simulated AI shopping agents walk the nine stages of a purchase on your store, on every deploy and on a schedule. You get an AI shopping readiness score, the main blocker, and what to fix first.
Agent Readiness Check A free scan of any storefront, with no signup: a 0–100 readiness score and the fixes that matter.
tragent CLI The same tests from any CI pipeline, with a release check that fails the build when your store gets worse for agents. Install with npx @tragent/cli; releases are on GitHub.
acurl Free and open source. See any page the way AI agents see it: acurl fetches it as Chrome and 20+ AI agents and crawlers, shows which were blocked, challenged, cloaked or shown a different price, and scores how ready the page is. Install with brew install tragent-io/tap/acurl or npx @tragent/acurl; source on GitHub.

The nine stages we measure

Find products → Read the details → See the price → Check stock → Add to basket → Reach checkout → Pay → Return an order → Sign in
