Summary

Drift fix. #34 (native-package truth-pass) was squash-merged into main, but this repo's default branch, which the org profile renders from, is bootstrap-governance. So the public org profile still says Swift / Kotlin / .NET are "in-tree, not as certified public packages."

This PR copies the exact profile/README.md from main (357029b) to bootstrap-governance. There's no new wording; it's the same content #34 already reviewed:

  • Swift: xcframework on swift-host-v* releases (currently swift-host-v0.14.0-4)
  • Kotlin: Maven Central com.traverse-framework:traverse-embedder 0.14.0
  • .NET: nuget.org TraverseEmbedder 0.14.0
  • All three are published, pre-1.0, and not Certified under Spec 529
  • traverse-registry 0.27.0 row note, plus links to the signed exact-ref digits blog and the revoke Q&A

Validation

.github#34 merged into main, but the org profile renders from the default
branch bootstrap-governance, so the public profile still said Swift/Kotlin/.NET
were in-tree only. Carry the same profile/README.md change over: Swift
swift-host-v0.14.0-4, Kotlin Maven Central com.traverse-framework:traverse-embedder
0.14.0, .NET nuget.org TraverseEmbedder 0.14.0 -- published, pre-1.0, not
Certified; traverse-registry 0.27.0; revoke Q&A + signed exact-ref links.
