Summary

Bring the public org profile (profile/README.md, rendered from bootstrap-governance) current with Traverse v0.15.0 (released 2026-10-13).

• Lockstep pins move from 0.14.0 to 0.15.0: npm traverse-embedder-web, crates.io traverse-embedder (and the other lockstep crates named in the glance table), Maven Central com.traverse-framework:traverse-embedder, nuget.org TraverseEmbedder.
• Swift xcframework pin moves from swift-host-v0.14.0-4 to swift-host-v0.15.0.
• traverse-registry on crates.io moves from 0.27.0 to 0.28.0.
• Two sentences state the v0.15.0 throughline: signed exact-ref model packages run on every embedder, with model rights enforced on every host, and Apple hosts can opt into a signed Core ML variant under the same policy and evidence rules. Pre-1.0 and no host Certified stay. iPhone governed-path Core ML performance stays open (traverse#1630).

• Every 0.14.0 package pin in profile/README.md is 0.15.0, and each one was live on its registry before the edit.
• Swift reads swift-host-v0.15.0. traverse-registry reads 0.28.0.
• The throughline is at most two sentences, keeps discover → execute → trace as the lead, and does not claim iPhone governed-path Core ML performance.
• Existing structure, voice, and links are unchanged. No spec-count value metric.
