Problem: Since #729, table cells with a leading pipe in a multi-backtick code span split incorrectly. Literal backticks can also make a closing delimiter absorb the next cell.
Fix: Recognize opening and closing boundaries with the existing code-span matcher.
Validation:
make testonepassed all 288 tests;make testredospassed all seven tests. Changed-line PEP8 checks and compatibility controls passed.
