   This is a duplicate of #53, fixed by #60 (b980960) and released in v0.6.0 / v0.6.1 on 2026-09-12. Before #60, PreUse dropped the -fx suffix of every distribution except OpenJDK, so vfox use [email protected]+7-zulu-fx looked for 11.0.30+7-zulu, while PreInstall had installed 11.0.30+7-zulu-fx.

   Checked with real vfox and an installed 11.0.30+7-zulu-fx:

   vfox	vfox-java	vfox use -g [email protected]+7-zulu-fx
   1.0.6	0.5.3	[email protected]+7-zulu is not installed
   1.0.13	0.5.3	[email protected]+7-zulu is not installed
   1.0.6	0.6.1	Now using [email protected]+7-zulu-fx.
   1.0.13	0.6.1	Now using [email protected]+7-zulu-fx.

   The interactive vfox use -g java behaves the same. Run vfox update java to get v0.6.1. Spellings without the build number ([email protected], java@11-zulu-fx) still fail on v0.6.1; that is #69, fixed on main and waiting for the next release.

   Closing as a duplicate of #53.
