The deployed Dev and Prod OpenSecret source is
a2707fa0. Since then, master merged remote access (#1170), inference flag removal (#1187), enclave and credential-requester trust-root updates (#1185/#1186), and the SDK Vite audit fix (#1191). Releasing that master without this revert would also activate remote-enrollment API routes and require its database migration, which is outside the i02 drain rollout.This PR reverts the undeployed #1170 feature, including its backend routes and migration, while retaining the later changes on master. The intended next backend change is the separate i02 stock-route drain in #1188. The eventual EIF will therefore include the flag removal and trust-root updates as well as the drain; its exact source, measurements, and Dev behavior must be checked before deployment. Remote access can return in a coordinated release.
Validation: signed rebased commit;
git diff --check; the remote-enrollment migration is absent. The prior focused SDK, Maple Agent, and OpenSecret local checks passed for the revert. Hosted CI is rerunning on the updated head, now based on master with the Vite fix. No PCR was signed and no Dev or Prod service was deployed by this PR.
