Generate 189 source-linked GMPP records (build_public_cases.py) to replace the synthetic DG-* corpus as default; fail-closed citation check in the brief; relevance shown as a ranking signal, not confidence. Add requirements-browser.txt and make install-browser (Playwright only), a parser compatibility browser suite and contract doc, assert zero sidecar requests in static mode, and write screenshots to PROJECTLENS_SCREENSHOT_DIR (/tmp default) instead of docs/assets. The legacy clean_dataframe overwrote real schedule progress with np.random values: rebalancing schedules that were >80% complete, jittering zeros, inventing values for missing rows, then recomputing status from the invented numbers. Real values now pass through with unit normalisation only; missing values are derived solely from an unambiguous source status, otherwise left NaN. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
