Removes the per-observation CPU field (RuntimeObservation.cpu / RuntimeCPUObservation); providers report it in incompatible forms (cumulative seconds vs. rate). CPU is reported only as the Runtime history utilization ratio. Removes the projection, client types and parsing, the Session runtime CPU KPI, the Sandbox metrics CPU column, fixtures and docs (en + zh); regenerates OpenAPI and client types. runtimeobs.Sample CPU fields and the OTLP exporter are unchanged.
