feat(lobby): redesign the lobby as a game store - #3

Turn the Plot 42 lobby into a store front for every Game Studio 42 game: - Two shelves: "Play here" for the sandbox games built into this site (Horta, Posto, Mata) and "Studio games" for the ones that ship from their own repositories (Vazante, Urbe Oasis, Urbe, Neo Urbe, Sitio). - Featured banner (Vazante), "New" badges, genre tags, cover art built from each mark, an app-style icon and the destination host per card. - Search by name or genre and shelf filter chips. - Add Urbe Oasis and Vazante with new marks, linked to gamestudio42.github.io/urbe-oasis and /vazante. - Move the catalog into apps/lobby/src/games.ts and give each game its title, blurb and tag names in the five locales. - Extend the lobby e2e spec to cover the shelves, featured link, filters and search; update README, AGENTS and architecture docs.
