Summary
Scrubs the ALA-LC 47-row gap table against the corpus: 55 alalc maps cover 30 languages; with Inuktitut and Syriac shipped separately, ~44 of the 47 systems remain. Groups them into five encoding batches by script family (Brahmic/SE-Asian 14; Arabic-script 13; Cyrillic 4; East Asian 2; misc 10) — one PR per batch, tests from the guide's own examples.
