On macOS 14/15, llvm-toolchain links LLVM 22/23 programs against its bundled libc++, but the ASan runtime links against the system libc++. Two libc++ copies in one test process make ASan abort at exit. This broke libhal/v5's macos-15 job (see libhal/libhal-cmake-util#60 for the local-machine side).

On macOS 26 the toolchain uses only the system libc++, so ASan works. This moves the Mac LLVM job to macos-26 and renames it from mac_os_x_15_llvm to mac_os_x_llvm, so future runner bumps don't change the check name.

Heads-up for required checks: the new check name is <caller> / mac_os_x_llvm / 🐉 LLVM 🍎 Mac ARM64. libhal's main ruleset still requires mac_os_x_latest_llvm (stale since #124) and 🐉 LLVM Arm Cortex M (split into M0-M7 / M23-M85 in #126).

On macOS 14/15, LLVM 22+ programs link against llvm-toolchain's bundled
libc++, which conflicts with the system libc++ that the ASan runtime
uses. macOS 26 uses only the system libc++, so ASan keeps working in
CI. Rename the job to mac_os_x_llvm so future runner bumps don't change
the check name.
