With the runner gone in #6330, nothing uses the Gradle side of the system tests, so this removes it:

• the io.sentry.systemtest convention plugin and its SystemTestExtension, which tracked the app archive and agent jar as systemTest inputs;
• sentry-system-test-support, which held the HTTP and Apollo GraphQL clients and the TestHelper the system tests used. The envelope matchers it delegated to since test: [Sample Tests 2] Share the system-test envelope matchers #6267 stay in sentry-test-support;
• the module's entries in settings.gradle.kts, the API validation ignore list and the publishing exclusion in the root build.

One less module to build, and no Apollo 4 code generation for test-only code.

• No build file or source references io.sentry.systemtest, SystemTestExtension or sentry-system-test-support.
• ./gradlew spotlessApply apiDump configures every project and passes.
• :sentry-test-support:check and :sentry-logback:test pass, and a Boot sample still builds.
